Course advising is available to learners registered in BOABC’s online courses who require study help in relation to the course content or have code-related questions. To book a one-on-one appointment with an advisor, you may purchase one of the package options below. Please note that packages are subject to BOABC’s refund policy 4.18, where:

• The Association will not refund any fees paid for an appointment with a course advisor once that appointment has been booked.
• The Association may refund 75% of the fees that a student has paid for appointments with course advisors if the refund is requested no later than 180 days after purchasing those appointments and the appointments have not already been booked.

Once a package is purchased, you will gain access to a list of available advisors, the subject area in which they can assist, and each advisor’s availability via the advisor’s booking link.
